2010 Participation Levels for Annual Conference Exhibitors:

Platinum $2,500.00 Limited Number of Spots Available
Includes:

• 2 conference registrations – additional representatives $250 each through the early registration deadline and $350 thereafter.
• Company logo displayed at Sunday and Monday evening entertainment venues.
• Company logo on conference agenda, and proclamation of participation at opening session; inclusion on the Exhibitor Scramble sheet; predominant placement on the TX BUC$ website for one year with link to company website (Banner Guidelines)
• One table for display purposes in a prime location of the Exhibitor area
• Electricity
• List of conference participants two weeks prior to conference
• BUC$ Board members will wear T-Shirts for the Sunday evening event with the Platinum exhibitor(s) logo on the back
• T-Shirts with the Platinum exhibitor(s) logo will be given as door prizes
• Platinum exhibitors may send one representative to each regional meeting.
• Sponsorship of Regional meetings included Platinum exhibitors.
• Platinum exhibitors have the option of sending additional representatives at the cost of $100 per regional meeting.
• Platinum exhibitors will have a banner displayed on the Texas Buc$ Web page for one year

Silver $1,500.00 Limited Number of Spots Available
Includes:

• 1 conference registrations – additional representatives $250 each through the early registration deadline and $350 thereafter.
• Proclamation of participation at opening session; inclusion on the Exhibitor Scramble sheet
• One table for display purposes in Exhibitor area
• List conference participants two weeks prior to conference.
• Predominant placement on TX BUC$ website for one year with link to company website (Banner Guidelines)
