Felicia Shade has worked in the field of higher education collections for over 20 years. She is currently the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in the CCA Dallas headquarters. Prior to joining the Marketing team, she was the Director of Operations for a number of CCA offices across the nation. Felicia’s leadership was instrumental in the professional development, strategic planning, growth and success for a number of CCA division offices. It was almost ten years ago that she moved to the Dallas corporate office and now calls Texas home. She lives in Plano with her husband JD. Felicia enjoys gardening, experimenting with recipes and bonding with her first grandchild Andrew.
