Colleges and Universities are often faced with the challenge of locating the whereabouts of their alumni. In this session, we will discuss Labor Costs, Data Costs, and Data Quality associated with Skip Tracing. Tim Booker will educate participants on the proper steps to take in locating individuals, as well as how to increase their rate of success.

Attend this informative session to learn about the fundamentals of skip tracing from an ACA, PPMS certified agency perspective.

Tim Booker has more than 30 years of collection industry experience and currently serves as ConServe’s Vice President of Operations. In this role, Mr. Booker is responsible for managing more than 300 college and university clients for ConServe’s campus based business. Additionally, Mr. Booker oversees ConServe’s Department of Education contract, FFELP, and ConServe’s private loan management contracts with Sallie Mae, Texas, Colorado, New York, Great Lakes, Ed Fund, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Brazos and Terri/First Marblehead.

Mr. Booker started his career with Financial Collection Agencies as a collector and was eventually promoted to area supervisor responsible for three offices in New York. He served as vice president of Management Adjustment Bureau for seven years, and served as executive vice president for an additional four years before joining ConServe in 1998. Mr. Booker attended State University of New York at Cortland and the University of Buffalo, with a concentration in business management. He is an ACA Professional Collection Specialist, a member of the Western New York Credit Association, and a member of the Vistage Group and Benchmark Groups.
