Sandy has been with Nelnet Business Solutions nearly 5 years, focused on meeting the needs of Higher Education clients in the west. Additionally, Sandy has over 15 years of experience in technology and software sales and account management, working with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients. Her experience includes relationship and contract management roles with key client accounts. Sandy also has an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA in strategic management. She is based in the Chicago/Lincolnshire, IL office where she is able to work directly with the NBS product development team to address client issues and concerns.

Sandy and her husband, Knut, a Network Manager with Sprint, have two daughters, Paige, age 10, and Lucy, age 8. Kid-centric activities are the norm and include swimming, soccer, dancing, and exploring new places and activities.
