I wanted to take a minute to personally thank everyone that attended the 2010 Sandollar$ and BUC$ Conference. I hope you enjoyed it and got a chance to network. We are asking for you feedback so please fill out your evaluation and let us know. I want to welcome Trish Hayes to the board and welcome Karrie Boyd back this year as Vice President. I wish the board all of the best in planning next years conference and please don't forget about the Regional that will be taking place next year.

March was an exciting and busy month for everyone and I want to thank everyone who attended the Texas BUC$ Regional meeting held at The University of Texas – Arlington. We had some wonderful and insightful discussions. The dueling piano bar at the Improv in the Highlands, went above and beyond to help make our visit with them enjoyable. The Planetarium on campus put on a very informative show that was amazing! A very big thanks goes out to the exhibitors and to the people who helped make this event a special one.

I am pleased to welcome Karrie Boyd to the Texas Buc$ Board. Karrie has been a regular attendee of the BUC$ conferences and brings her positive enthusiasm and her 17 years of Higher Education experience to the board. She will serve the next two years as our Secretary. Karrie serves as the Senior Director of Student Business Services at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
