Mr. Kevin Gelabert is Vice President of Sales and Marketing with ConServe, an accounts receivable management firm serving higher education, namely colleges and universities, state guaranty agencies, and the U.S. Department of Education. Mr. Gelabert has full P&L responsibility and leads the company’s sales, client care, and marketing organizations. Prior to joining ConServe, Mr. Gelabert spent 15 years in the communications industry holding a variety of sales and executive management positions with leading companies including AT&T, Frontier Communications, and Global Crossing Ltd.
Mr. Gelabert holds a bachelor’s degree in economics & political science from the University of Rochester, and has also earned a management certificate in finance and accounting from the University’s Simon School of Business. Mr. Gelabert also holds an MBA in marketing & organizational management from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management, where he earned a position on the national dean’s list and Mu Kappa Tau national marketing honor society.
Mr. Gelabert is a Dale Carnegie graduate; a member of the Rochester Rotary, sits on the leadership council for the Rochester Parents Network, is the league president for Victor Community Baseball, and in 2007 was named one of Rochester Business Journal’s top forty executives under 40-years-old. Mr. Gelabert lives in Rochester, New York with his wife Amy, his eight-year-old son Connor, and six-year-old daughter Kylie.
