Come and participate in a panel discussion on Third Party Billing with Glen Ray from TWU and Angie Flores from SMU. The discussion will center on third-party billing and challenges that we all face, such as the GoArmyEd students and the issues in dealing with their system.

Glen Ray has been the assistant bursar at Texas Woman’s University for five years. He has been responsible for third-party billing, collections and overseeing day-to-day operations of the office staff. He holds a BBA from the University of North Texas and enjoys watching his two daughters’ sports and band activities.

Angie Flores has worked at Southern Methodist University for 8 years in the Student Financial Services Office. She has been supervisor over Third Party Billing for 2 years.
